The 4 week program provides you with 40 select prospects, each week, from within
the zip codes you provide. There are three different programs you can select from.
The prospects in all programs will be from within the geographical area you specify, and homeowners at
their current residence for over 3 years. In addition,
the following modeling criteria is used for the individual programs:

- Household Annual Income: 50K-150K
- Investor/has some type of investments.

The cost is only $99.95 for a four week subscription which includes: the
sales/marketing document and telemarketing script; prospects at 40 per week (total of 160 potential clients);
and, a Professional Advisormail Email Account FREE for one year
($24 value). There is a one time up-front $24.95 setup fee for the program.
This is a one time fee and will not be charged again
for returning customers.
All orders placed by Wednesday at 5:00 pm will begin the program the following
Monday. All orders placed after that time will begin the program one week from
the following Monday. Each Monday during your enrollment, you will receive contact information
for 40 qualified prospects sent to you via email. The email will include:
- Name, address, phone number, estimated age, and estimated income level, for each prospect, in
table format, in the body of the email.
- The sales document, as an attached file (MS Word, .doc format), which contains charts,
tables, graphs, and other graphics professionally formatted and ready for you to easily customize
with your personal information. The document is also pre-programed for use in MS Word's
mail merge feature. The document, less graphics and formatting, is also included,
in text format, in the body of the email, for your use should you not have the means to
use the MS Word formated file.
- Suggested guidelines and a sample follow-up script to use when you make your
initial contact by phone, also in text format, in the body of the email.
- And, a second attachment file also containing all prospect information in comma-seperated-variable (CSV)
format, for your convenience, which can be used in a mail merge document for creating your
sales letters, mailing labels, and/or addressing envelopes. It can also be imported into other applications
for tracking purposes and record keeping.
